I am making french fries healthy ways, very quick easy recipe.
First, cut into potato fries shape ( stripe half inch thick cut )
In large pan add water and boil, then add all potato, cook just 7 min,
After 7 min strain all water, again wash potato in cold water. ( carefully in this process not break potato )
I am using some spice for flavor.
Add all spice in potato mix ( lightly )

Believe me ( Air fryer ) make a crisp fries, in just 1 tablespoon oil.
Add all fries in ( Air fryer ) add just 1 tablespoon oil and cook 20 min.
After 20 min fries light golden brown and crisps, ready to eat healthy french fries. serve with garlic mayo dip.
How To Make Homemade French Fries Recipe
- 4 Large Potato cut into half inch thick strip
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 6 tbsp Cornflour powder
- 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tbsp Black pepper
- Salt to taste
