4 Large Potato cut into half-inch thick strip,
In a large pan add water and boiled, after boiling water adds potatoes. Just 7 min cook then strain and wash again cold water.
6 tbsp Cornflour powder, 1 tbsp Garlic Powder, 1 tbsp Black pepper, Salt to taste.
Add allspice in boil potato, lightly mix.
I am using an air fryer to cook potato just 1 tbsp oil add, cooking time is 20 min.
After 20 min fries are golden brown and crispy.
