Grilled Fish Recipe
Today I teach you my Favourite Grilled fish recipe in my way.
I am using fresh salmon fish, you can use any fish but taste point salmon is
Best choice, simple ingredients, flavorful, recipe.
It’s my ideas to add some cherry tomatoes, believe me, it makes more tasty with grill tomatoes with salmon.
Good idea for working women, its take 10 min, and ready to eat.
I take 2 big chunk salmon pieces.
I am taking simple masala not using overloaded masala
In large bowl add fish and all spice and marinated half hour.
After marination, take grill pan, add 3 tbsp oil, once oil is hot add fish one by one, fry each side 6,7 min, one side golden fry, flip another side.
Both side fish is golden fry then add 7 to 8 cherry tomatoes.
Cover up Simmer low flame 8 min, after 8 min cherry tomatoes soft juicy
Sweet and sour grilled fish ready to eat.
How To Make Grilled Fish Recipe with Cherry Tomatoes
- 2 pices Fresh Salmon fish cut into big chunks
- 1 tbsp Red Chili powder
- 1 tsp Chili flakes
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp Cumin powder
- 1 tsp Garlic paste
- Salt to taste
- 4 tbsp Oil
- First marination fish in all masala mix well marination times 30 min.After 30 min, In grill pan add oil once oil is hot, add one by one fish.Each side fry 7 to 8 min golden brown add cherry tomatoes.Cover up fish medium flam 8 min. Ready to eat grilled fish with cherry tomatoes.
