This tasteful tomato and avocado salad are easy, colorful and healthy too! I love avocados and tomatoes, the two complement each other very well. Red onion ties the dish along and adds a required crunch. Cucumbers can be added as well if desired.

  • 2 Giant red grapefruits
  • 4 Ripe avocados
  • 1/2 tsp Freshly ground black pepper
  • 60 ml Freshly squeezed juice
  • 1 tsp  Mustard
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt to Taste


  • 1) Place the mustard, juice, salt, and pepper in an exceedingly tiny bowl. Slowly whisk within the vegetable oil till the salad dressing is blended.
    2 ) Before serving, cut the avocados to remove the seeds, and thoroughly peel off the skin. Cut every into four thick slices. Toss the avocado slices within the salad dressing to stop them from turning brown.
