Honey Mustard Lamb Chops is a super easy quick recipe one pan-fry Authentic marination yoghurt is made from soft lamb with juicy Honey Mustard Glaze on top Serve with fresh salad and garlic bread.
Honey Mustard Lamb Chops
700g Lamb Chops
1 tsp Red chilli powder
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic powder
1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
1 tbsp Mustard paste
3 tbsp yoghurt
3 tbsp Lemon Juice
1 /2 tsp Cumin Powder
2 tbsp Honey
Method
In a mixing bowl add lamb chops red chilli powder ginger garlic paste black pepper, cumin seeds, salt, and yogurt Mix well. resting time for 2 hours.
In a mixing bowl add Lemon juice, Honey, and Mustard and mix well. make a paste.
In a pan add oil. Once the oil is hot add one by one lamb chops. each side cooking time 7 to 8 min. then flip another side cooking for 7 to 8 min.
After fried lamb, brush Honey Mustard glaze on top of both sides.
