Today I am making simple tasty Grilled Chicken Thighs nice crispy grilled skin and very tender and flavorful chicken with the easiest marinade For this simple recipe we will be giving you directions
Grilled Chicken Thighs Ingredients
- 2 KG Chicken Thighs
- 2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1 tbsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tbsp Red Chili powder
- 1 tsp Cumin powder
- 1 tsp Crushed black pepper
- 2 tbsp Vinegar
- 1/2 tsp Orange Food Color
- 1 1/2 tsp Salt to taste
- 3 tbsp Oil

Frist dip cut on Thighs pieces. In a mixing bowl add chicken pieces add Ginger garlic paste, Coriander Powder, Red Chili powder, Cumin powder, Crushed black pepper, Vinegar, Orange Food Color, Salt to taste, Oil.

Mix well. And resting time for 2 hours.
After marinating In a baking tray add one by one chicken laying and cover with foil. preheat oven 180 C cooking time 1 hour.

After 1 hour removes the cover chicken foil. and upper grill on, just 10 min, chicken thighs golden color.
Serve with naan, chapati, salad, yogurt sauce.
