Today I am Making a Chicken Spring Roll Recipe Indian style TRADITIONAL Chicken Spring Roll is very popular in Chinese serves as a stater Very tempting and crispy texture You can add chicken and vegetables both together to make it more tasty and healthy.
How To Make Chicken Spring Roll Recipe Indian
1 ) All one cups Green onion fine chopped, Shredding cabbage, Shredding carrots
2 tbsp Soy sauce
1 tbsp Black pepper powder
2 tbsp Cornstarch dissolve in 1/4 cup water
Chicken cut into stripe
1 tbsp Chinese Ajinomoto salt
Cooking oil for frying
1 tbsp Garlic chopped
1 tsp Ginger chopped
1 packet Spring roll wrappers
1 cup boiled spaghetti
In a cooking wok or pan add 2 tbsp oil, once oil hot add ginger garlic chopped, saute for 2 min.
Now add chicken Julian cuts fry until light pink color. and cooked just 5 min.
Add all Julian cut vegetables saute mix well and high flame tosses 2 min.
Now add soya sauce, chili sauce, black pepper, salt, Chinese Ajinomoto salt mix well. Now add boiled spaghetti and again tosses.
Just it filling is ready.
Keep all mixture in a large bowl, make a cool.
Spring roll wrappers filling:
Meanwhile, take the spring roll sheets and fill a corner with 2 tbsp of the chicken, noodle, and vegetable mix. Roll the sheets and apply a bit of cornflour and water on the edges to ensure that they have been sealed well.
In a deep wok or pan add oil for deep frying. Once the oil is hot add one by one chicken spring rolls.
Fry until golden brown and crispy. serve with tomato sauce or green chili sauce.
