Okra Curry Pakistani Recipe is my mother’s recipe very simple ingredients and quick to make in just 10 minutes recipe is ready I am using mustard oil that tastes more enhanced I serve it with roti rice this recipe is tastier in summertime feeling very light to eat with dal boiled rice pickle.
Okra Curry Pakistani Recipe
200g okra cut into sliced
1 small onion sliced
1 tsp chopped garlic
1 tsp whole cumin seeds
1 tsp crushed chilis
1/4 cup oil
Salt to taste
In cooking, pan add oil, onion sliced chopped garlic, chilli flakes, and cumin seed.
Fry lightly golden add all okra mix well and cook on a medium flame for 10 min Do Not add water just cover up and cook.
