Yellow Lentils And Rice Recipe
- 2 cups Yellow Lentils wash and soak
- 1 tomato chopped
- 1 Onion chopped
- 3 Green Chilis chopped
- 1 tbsp chopped Garlic
- 1 /2 tsp dry chili flakes
- 1 /2 tsp turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
- 1/4 cup oil
- In cooking, pan adds oil, once hot add onion and garlic, salt. Mix and saute 1 min. Now add chopped tomatoes saute 2 min. until tomatoes soften.
- Once tomato soft add yellow lentil mix well. Now add 2 cups of hot water.
- Cover up and cooking time 15 to 20 min, low flame.
- After 15 min yellow lentil cook and soft. Now lightly mash lentil. now add 1 cup hot water. Just bring 1 time to boil your yellow lentil are ready to serve with boiled Rice, chapati, salad.
