Yellow Lentils And Rice Recipe
2 cups Yellow Lentils wash and soak
1 tomato chopped
1 Onion chopped
3 Green Chilis chopped
1 tbsp chopped Garlic
1 /2 tsp dry chilli flakes
1 /2 tsp turmeric powder
Salt to taste
1/4 cup oil
In cooking, pan adds oil, once hot add onion and garlic, salt. Mix and saute for 1 min. Now add chopped tomatoes and saute for 2 min. until tomatoes soften.
Once the tomato is soft add yellow lentil and mix well. Now add 2 cups of hot water.
Cover up and cooking time 15 to 20 min, low flame.
After 15 min yellow lentil cook and soft. Now lightly mash lentils. now add 1 cup of hot water. Just bring 1 time to boil your yellow lentil ready to serve with boiled Rice, chapati, or salad.
