Lucknowi Seekh Kabab Recipe
1 kg beef mince
1 tbsp Allspice powder
1 1/2 tsp red chili powder
1 tbsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin seed powder
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp salt to taste
1 tbsp ginger garlic powder
1 onion finely grated
3 green chilis fine chopped
1/2 lemon juice
1/2 cup oil for frying
In a large bowl add all-beef mince, add all spices powder with onion, chilis, lemon juice mix very well.
30 min marination time.
After 30 min makes a Seekh kabab shape.
In a pan add oil, once the oil is medium hot add one by all kababs. each side fry 5 to 6 min, flip another side for 5 min.
Once all Seekh kabab golden fry, your taste juicy kabab is ready to eat.
Serve with salad yogurt dip.
