Lucknowi Seekh Kabab Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
1 kg beef mince
1 tbsp Allspice powder
1 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1 tbsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin seed powder
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp salt to taste
1 tbsp ginger garlic powder
1 onion finely grated
3 green chilis finely chopped
1/2 lemon juice
1/2 cup oil for frying
Mixing Time:
In a large bowl, add all-beef mince and spices powder with onion, chilis, and lemon juice.
Marination Time:
30-minute marination time.
After 30 min makes a Seekh kabab shape.
Cooking Method:
In a pan add oil, once the oil is medium hot add one by all kababs. each side fry for 5 to 6 minutes and flip another side for 5 minutes.
Once all Seekh kabab golden fry, your taste of juicy kabab is ready to eat.
Serve with salad yoghurt dip.
