How do you cook lamb curry so it’s tender?
If you want your lamb curry meat soft juicy tender. I am adding yoghurt and all dry spices with ginger garlic paste mix and marinate for 6 hours or overnight for the best result.
700 KG LAMB Mix pieces
2 Large Onion cut into sliced
1/2 tsp Chili flakes
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1 /1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup Yogurt
1 /2 Cup Oil
First, In a cooking pot add oil once the oil is hot add onion, until light golden colour. Now add lamb pieces and saute 4 min high flame.
Once lamb properly salutes, add all dry spices with ginger-garlic and mix well for 3 min saute again on high flame.
Add thick yoghurt and mix well for 2 to 3 min. Once the masala is properly cooked. Add 1 cup of hot water. Cooking time medium to low heat 30 min. Until lamb soft tender.
Serve with Tandoori naan, chapati, and bread.
