Curried Eggs Recipe UK – Simple Curried Eggs
2 onion cut into sliced
1 cup tomatoes paste
2 potatoes cut into cubed
6 eggs hard-boiled
1 tbsp red chili powder
1 tbsp coriander powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
Salt to taste
1/2 cup oil
First, In a pan add oil. Once oil hot add onion sliced, fry until golden color.
Now add ginger garlic powder saute for 2 min add 1/2 cup water.
Now add red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt, and tomato paste.
Saute 3 min. Add potatoes mix well, add 1 cup hot water. cover up and cook until potatoes tender.
Now add boiled eggs and freshly chopped coriander leaves, green chili.
Simmer 5 min. Serve with steamed rice and pickle.
