How to Cook a Bottom Round Roast – Bottom Round Beef Roast Recipe Oven
1 4-pound beef bottom round roast
1 tbsp black pepper powder
1 tbsp dry red chilli flakes
1 tbsp salt to taste
2 tbsp butter
Place the roast in an oven-safe skillet. Spread the mixture by hand over the roast covering as much as possible.
Place the roast in the oven, close the oven door and reduce the temperature to 480 degrees Fahrenheit.
The cooking time is 1 hour. After 1 hour resting time 30 min.
