So many types Seekh kabab make in Pakistan, I am making one of them. you can serve dinner time, tea party, etc.

Health point of view, if you dieting, weight loss, it best for you, Seekh Kabab, fresh salad, believe me, you are not feeling boring, dieting. Hopefully, you like my own create recipe.

I am using Chicken Boneless Cut into cubes and using all spices ( masala )

Recipe For Shish Kebabs

In a large bowl add chicken cubes, all dry spice powder, 5 to 6 green chili, Soya sauce, vinegar, black pepper, 4 slice bread, 1 egg, all ingredients mix together,

Food processor and process until a fine paste has formed about 30 seconds. After fine paste adds corn flour powder, 1 whole egg, and mix well.

Now time for making a Seekh kabab shape, I am making Seekh kabab shape.

Little bit oil rub your hand palm, make a Seekh kabab shape. In a flat fry pan add 1/2 cup oil, once oil is medium hot, add Seekh Kabab.

Recipe For Shish Kebabs

One side kabab fry, medium flame 5 to 6 min, then flip kabab another side. NOTE: you can grill, bbq. bake in the oven, it up to you, now I am using fry pan.

Golden brown color both side kabab, it ready to eat yogurt sauce, green chatni, chili sauce, onion ring, for garnishing.

Ingredients

  • 2 KG Chicken Boneless Cut into Cube
  • 1 tbsp Mustard powder
  • 1 tbsp Cone Flour powder
  • 1 tbsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin seed powder
  • 1/2 tsp Nutmeg powder
  • 1/2 tsp Mace Powder
  • 2 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp Soya Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Black pepper Powder
  • 4 Slice Slice of Bread
  • Oil For FRYING
  • 1 whole egg
  • Salt to taste
