So many types of Shish kabab make in Pakistan, I am making one of them. you can serve dinner time, tea party, etc.
Health point of view, if your diet, is weight loss, it is best for you, Shish Kabab, and fresh salad, believe me, you are not feeling bored, dieting. Hopefully, you like my own create a recipe.
I am using Chicken Boneless Cut into cubes and using all spices ( masala )
In a large bowl add chicken cubes, all dry spice powder, 5 to 6 green chili, Soya sauce, vinegar, black pepper, 4 slices bread, and 1 egg, all ingredients mix together,
Food processor and process until a fine paste has formed about 30 seconds. After fine paste adds corn flour powder, 1 whole egg, and mix well.
Now time for making a Shish kabab shape, I am making a Seekh kabab shape.
With a little bit of oil rub your hand palm, and make a Shish kabab shape. In a flat fry pan add 1/2 cup oil, once the oil is medium hot, add Shish Kabab.
One side kabab fry, medium flame 5 to 6 min, then flip kabab another side. NOTE: you can grill, bbq. bake in the oven, it up to you, now I am using fry pan.
Golden brown color on both sides of kabab, it ready to eat yogurt sauce, green chatni, chili sauce, onion ring, for garnishing.

1 tbsp Coriander Powder
