  • 2 Giant red grapefruits
  • 4 Ripe avocados
  • 1/2 tsp Freshly ground black pepper
  • 60 ml Freshly squeezed juice
  • 1 tsp  Mustard
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt to Taste
