Ingredients

  • 750 g Lamb
  • 2 Tomatoes Cut into Slice
  • 1/2 Cup Yogurt
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Chili Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 6 Green Chili Cut into Slice
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Ginger Cut into Slice
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Ground Black Pepper
  • 1/2 Cup Oil
  • Salt to Taste

Instructions

  • First I am using Cooker add lamb pieces, 1/2 Tsp salt, 1 1/2 Cups water
    and cook until lamb is soft tender, and half cup remaining stock, keep it side.
    2) In a large pan add oil ginger garlic paste lightly fried, then add the meat
    fry 4 to 5 min, now I am adding tomatoes, all spices powder, salt mix well.
    Add half cup yogurt mix, add the half cup lamb stock cover up cook
    Medium flame 10 min.
    After 10 min lamb stock is dried, and oil comes out in gravy then add
    the sliced green chili, coriander leaves, black pepper powder,
    Fresh ginger slices mix again simmer 5 min.
