Ingredients

  • 2 KG Chicken Boneless Cut into Cube
  • 1 tbsp Mustard powder
  • 1 tbsp Cone Flour powder
  • 1 tbsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin seed powder
  • 1/2 tsp Nutmeg powder
  • 1/2 tsp Mace Powder
  • 2 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp Soya Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Black pepper Powder
  • 4 Slice Slice of Bread
  • Oil For FRYING
  • 1 whole egg
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • In a large bowl add chicken cubs, all dry ingredients, soya sauce, green chili
    4 slice bread, vinegar, black pepper powder, mix and 
    Food processor and process until a fine paste has formed about 30 seconds.
    Little bit oil rub your hand palm, make a seekh kabab shape.
    After fine paste adds corn flour powder, 1 whole egg, and mix well.
    Now time for making a kabab shape, I am making seekh kabab shape.
    In a flat fry pan add 1/2 cup oil, once oil is medium hot, add seekh kabab.
    One side kabab fry, medium flame 5 to 6 min, then flip kabab another side.
    NOTE: you can grill, bbq. bake in the oven, it up to you, now I am using fry pan.
    Golden brown color both side kabab, it ready to eat yogurt sauce, green chatni, chili sauce, onion ring, for garnishing.
