- 300 g White Basmati Rice, Soak in hour
- 200 g Chicken boneless cut into slice or cube
- 1 large Capcicum cut into slice or cube
- 1 Onion cut into slice or cube
- 6 Mushrooms cut into slice
- 6 tbsp Oil
- 1 tbsp Garlic Chopped
- 2 tbsp Soya sauce
- 1 tbsp Chinese Salt for Seasoning
- 1 tbsp Crushed black pepper
- Salt to Taste
- First, soak rice in water for about half an hour, after an hour boil rice 3/4 done rice then stain and keep it side.Cut all vegetable slice or cube cut, and chicken cut into slice or cube keep it side.Only chicken marinated allspice or sauce mix well and marinate 20 min.In a large pan add oil and chicken fry until tender, then add all vegetableand saute just 6 min, not overcook.Add all chicken or vegetable mixture put into rice mix well, add all Seasoningsalt, black pepper, mix well.Serve hot with ketchup.
